When we pray with certainty, we know the answer is coming. We don't hope, we don't expect, we know. Now our faith overpowers our doubt; doubt is barely noticeable at all. When I did deliverance ministry, I knew the demons would leave. It might require multiple sessions. It might require prayer and fasting and persistence. But I knew that, in the end, the demon would leave. There were times during a deliverance that a demonic spirit would demonstrate a powerful manifestation, and I would suddenly feel afraid and have moments of doubt, but I could take a deep breath, center my attention on Jesus and his victory, and doubt would flee, certainty would return, and the person would be set free.
When we pray with this level of certainty, stuff happens--the Kingdom comes on earth as it is in Heaven, and the resources of Heaven are released. We see the works of the Kingdom.
